The key steps remain the same, only the level of support changes depending on the package.
Discovery Call
A first conversation to set your trip in motion.
Book a discovery call directly through the website, or contact me by email to tell me about your trip. After this call, I’ll send you a personalised quote based on the format that suits you best.
Booking
You lead the way. You make all bookings yourself using the links, contacts, or references I provide. I remain available throughout the process if you have any questions or need clarification.
Itinerary creation
Dive into a trip designed just for you. Once the quote is approved and payment is confirmed, I create a tailor-made itinerary, step by step — including detailed recommendations for accommodation, transport, and activities.
Travel Booklet
Travel with peace of mind, everything is in your hands. Once your bookings are confirmed, I provide you with a clear, easy-to-use travel booklet. Everything is gathered in one place to make each day smoother and more enjoyable while travelling
Adjustments
Add your personal touch.
After sending the initial itinerary, I revisit certain elements based on your feedback. This step is essential to refine the itinerary and ensure it aligns with your expectations.
Departure
& Follow-up
You enjoy, I stay quietly in the loop. Once everything is set, your trip can flow naturally. While you’re travelling, I remain available behind the scenes, for adjustments, advice, or a discreet helping hand if needed.

What’s not included
I don’t handle bookings, I create a bespoke itinerary, detailed and ready for you to book with ease.
I remain by your side to guide you; however, I can’t step in for official procedures or manage unexpected situations involving third-party providers (delays, cancellations, strikes, weather, etc.). Services provided by third parties remain their sole responsibility.
My role is to help you travel with peace of mind, by offering a clear, reliable, and personalised framework so this trip becomes a fair, sincere, and inspiring experience.
